Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. The following policy applies to all direct bookings made through The Grand Sathya Hotels.

Cancellation windows

• More than 7 days before check-in: full refund, no cancellation fee.
• 3–7 days before check-in: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
• Less than 72 hours before check-in: non-refundable.
• No-show: the full booking amount is charged.

How to cancel

You may cancel a reservation from the "My bookings" page in your account, or by emailing reservations@thegrandsathyahotels.com with your booking reference.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Special rates

Promotional, advance-purchase and non-refundable rates are governed by the specific terms disclosed at the time of booking and may override the standard policy above.
