By booking a room or using this website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions of The Grand Sathya Hotels.

1. Bookings

All reservations are subject to room availability and confirmation. Rates displayed are per room per night and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

2. Check-in and check-out

Standard check-in is 2:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 noon. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur extra charges.

3. Payment

Full payment is captured at the time of booking through a secure payment gateway. A valid government-issued ID is required at check-in.

4. Guest conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other guests. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate a stay or refuse future bookings for guests who breach hotel policies.

5. Damages

Guests are responsible for any loss or damage caused to hotel property during their stay and may be charged accordingly.

6. Liability

The Grand Sathya Hotels is not liable for personal belongings left unattended. Guests are advised to use the in-room safe for valuables.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
